Chocolate Walnut Zucchini Bread

WET INGREDIENTS:
3 cups shredded zucchini
3 eggs
¾ cup agave
1 cup brown sugar
¾ cup canola oil
2 tsp vanilla
DRY INGREDIENTS:
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 ½ tsp baking powder
1 T cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp ground cloves
3T baking cocoa
ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS
½ cup walnut pieces
1 cup fruit (blueberries, strawberries or raspberries)
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 325°.
Grease 2 loaf pans, lightly cover with sifted flour.
Mix wet ingredients first.
Sift together dry ingredients, add to wet, mix thoroughly.
Stir in nuts and fruit.
Bake 1 hour.
