Plots available to all Montezuma County and Dolores County residents.

Common Ground at the Rec Center has a demonstration garden for teaching, experimenting and producing food for Good Sam's Food Pantry; a children's garden for activities and tended to by participants in the Rec Center's Playground Days & After-School programs; and 18 community plots for rent to Montezuma County and Dolores County residents. Compost bins, hoses, a toolshed and wash station are available for gardener use. We'll have potlucks, workshops and more throughout the season!

Individual plots: $7.00/year

Medium plots: $12.00/year

Family plots: $15.00/year

 

Water, soil and tools are provided.

Plot preference is given to neighborhood residents.

The 3rd Street Garden was established in 2022. There are 9 total plots available for residents to rent. There are compost bins, hoses and a tool shed for gardeners to use. We will join the Rec gardeners throughout the season for potlucks, workshops and more! We hope you'll join us! Email us for more information.

Small plots: $10.00/year

Large/ Family plots: $15.00/year

Water, soil and tools are provided.

Plots will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis.
